Welcome to Ireland Wood Children’s Centre

Ireland Wood Children’s Centre is based within Ireland Wood Primary School.

We have 71 full time places and care for children aged 3 months to school age.

We also offer Before and After School care and run a Holiday Club for children of Primary School age.

The Centre is a not for profit charitable organisation, run by a management committee. The committee is made up of parents who make decisions on the day to day running of the Centre. Any surplus funding is reinvested into the Centre to ensure children receive first class child care with access to a wide range of facilities and resources. Our setting offers stability for children as they develop from babies through to the end of their Primary School years in the same familiar environment.

All our staff are CRB checked and are either fully qualified or currently working towards a Child Care qualification. Certificates are displayed within the Centre.

Our centre is OFSTED registered and inspected. Our registration number is 512663. Our inspection reports are available online or from the office on request.
